International Contact Centre Agent handling Australian market with the Small and Medium Enterprises as its primary target.

Job Descriptions :

* Handle international inbound & outbound calls
* Receive incoming calls and provide better information services to customers
* Handling customer complaints properly
*         Salary range Rp 3.500.000 - Rp 4.000.000

Requirements :

* Mandatory language : English
* Must be fluent in speaking English
* Candidate must possess at least SMU degree
* Must be able to comprehend English at a high level
* Must be available for shift work on a rotating roster basis
* Good typing skill
* Reliable and discipline
* Have a can do and positive attitude
* Fresh graduates are welcome
